The EXPO has come and gone – I was no nervous Friday morning –

What if my display isn’t up to par?

What if people don’t even stop to look?

What if …

I am blessed with WONDERFUL friends and family who helped me and kept me calm.

Friday morning I drove up with Johna and set up for the morning crowd –

Johna – a former barden photography bride and client for life – was so good with the brides – telling them what she liked best about our packages – helping out with any questions – I am so glad she came along!

KT – a barden photography client and future bride – also came along to help with the crowd and give her testimonies to potential barden photography brides!

SIGNING UP FOR A FREE ENGAGEMENT SESSION – WE HAD 86 BRIDES SIGN UP!

SATURDAY – the weather was AWFUL – KT and Jenna – a former barden photography bride and client for life – helped hand out packages and answer questions!

We left at 7.30 instead of staying till 9.30 because the crowds were sparse and the weather was getting worse.

SUNDAY – MOM B came with and poured on the sweetness!

Thanks to all the people that stopped to visit the booth and to the brides that booked a date on the spot!

I am so excited about this next step in our lives – now the question is – when will it OFFICIALLY start?

The EXPO wrapped up today and I have 3 immediate referrals and a senior portrait booking!

I had 85 brides register to win the free engagement session and about 150 brides visit my table and inquire about prices!

I had to turn quite a few away with dates that were already booked.

I had a great turnout – especially for my first time – GOD IS GOOD!

Tomorrow I will try and e-mail the brides and thank them for stopping by!

This past Saturday I photographed a wedding in Athens. It was the 25th wedding that I have done as the actual photographer – YAY milestone.

On a sad note, it was the last wedding I have scheduled until May 2nd of 2009.

I am really praying that the BRIDAL EXPO will bring in the business that I need to make it!

*A* and *J* went to high school with me – I haven’t seen them since – they asked me to photograph their wedding.
