KT, Bwyn, and I made a trip to NJ to see Samm and trash wedding dresses!

It rained and rained and rained the whole time we were in the city – as soon as we got out – it cleared up – ARGH!

The first night I got bit by a tick while tromping around a NJ park – where tons of drug deals were going down …

We got a few shots in Central Park in the rain – the pouring down rain …

And one on the pier overlooking the city – oh rain – why did you make a mess of ours plans?

Like I said – once we got back to Samm’s house the sun came out and changed back into our dresses …

You’ll notice the new logo – KT is joining barden photography as a staff photographer!

We had so much fun – but cannot wait to go back and actually take NYC shots!

KT & Chase hold a special place in my heart. If you are a devoted blog reader you know that KT lived with us during her student teaching. I photographed their beautiful wedding in July.

KT wanted a TRASH THE DRESS session – and I haven’t done one yet – SO EXCITING!

Somehow my favorite photo from *K*’s session got left out …

I bought two dresses at the thrift shop in Wellsboro a few weeks ago and put a bulletin on FACEBOOK for a model! *K* replied right away and the dresses fit her perfectly.

We got together Sunday night – with the sky looking very angry – but it made for GREAT pictures!

We were fighting with the rain in that last shot – and couldn’t finish the shoot – but I am happy with what I got!

Thanks again *K* – I appreciate your willingness to model for me!

*J* wanted some just for fun photos! We had so much fun and she totally brought her own spin on the session! One of my favorites so far!

I was so excited about trying out the birdcage veil with her!

My sister is getting married on 9.12.2009 – and I am so excited!

She came for a visit this week and I got some shots of her with my new birdcage veil.

This last shot is my favorite!

She always was the pretty one …

I took some photographs of DAWSON while I was down in Sunbury last month – but one of the band members couldn’t make the session.

While I stayed with the *H* family last week they got the whole band together and we took some quick shots.

*A* is such a fun, retro, gorgeous chick!

While I played secretary last week I stayed with her family Monday thru Wednesday. Chris & Amy have been so awesome to open up their home and hearts to me. Two weeks ago I took the “promo” shots for their son and his band – DAWSON.

This past week I took some “just because” shots of *A* and family pictures – to come later!

We went to the thrift store and bought the AWESOME blue shoes and the white “prom” dress for a total of $16!

*A* is such a natural in front of the camera. She had great ideas of her own and was such a blast to take pictures of!

And to end the night – a little bit of who *A* really is!
