I cannot believe she is so grown up!
We went to NYC again to try and trash Samm’s dress – but it was pretty chilly – just my luck!

My beautiful sister!

Maybe NEXT time it will be nice! UGH!
Emily asked me if I would consider teaching a class for her and a few friends about how to take great pictures – I AM SO FLATTERED!
We met for our first session in April and I took some shots of the kiddos!

Next time we get together we are going to go over how to take pictures indoors!
I put some extra large business cards at the PENNYSAVER a few weeks ago and while I was driving through town – I noticed the girlies happened to be out in their yard – thankfully I had my camera with me!
I love these girls!!!

I couldn’t decide if I like the black and white or the color better – so you get both!

It’s the red hair!

I LOVE them so much!!!
A few Saturdays ago – a group of local photographers and I got together for some fun sessions!
I had posted on FACEBOOK the need for a family to be models for a group of local photogs – Jenn and her family answered the call!
Danielle Dickerson, Danielle’s boyfriend TJ Hower (who is a DJ), Heather Goodreau, my aunt L, and I had a GREAT time with this family!

That last shot is my favorite! Thank you again so much for being models for the afternoon!
Thank you again Danielle, TJ, Heather, and aunt L!
I took Renata & Matt’s engagement photos last May – and they were GREAT models!
Their wedding was in October – which I didn’t photograph – but we had talked about doing an after session.
When I posted on FACEBOOK that I needed a couple who was willing to wear wedding attire for our photographer’s meet up – they jumped at the chance!
We had so much fun with Matt & Renata – and their brand new baby pup – Lucca!
Danielle Dickerson – TJ Hower – Heather Goodreau – and my aunt Lori were the other photogs shooting with me!

I LOVE THAT SERIES!

That is my FAVORITE series!

I LOVE that one too!!!

LOOK AT HER!!!!

My FAVORITE family shot!

Thank you guys EVER so much for hanging out with us and putting up with our creativeness!
Danielle and I met on FACEBOOK – I think!
She is a photographer in the Corning area and a fellow Mansfield graduate!
Danielle asked me to assist her on a belly session a few weeks ago – with a GORGEOUS couple!

Thanks again for asking me to tag along!
Kaitlyn is 17 and her grandmother is 71 – so they wanted some photos to celebrate the occasion!
Kait’s sisters – Emily & Grace – also got in on the action!

Grandmothers are so special! I am so happy you had me capture this moment!
I put an ad in the yearly magazine put out by Mansfield University – thanks to David VanLoon for asking me!
Melissa Wiles is the model in this photo – she had a just because session this year – and I love how this picture turned out!
Congrats Melissa on being the face of barden photography!

Thanks again Dave for asking me to be a part of the magazine!
I need something to keep my mind off not getting pregnant. I’ve decided to take up running – which I hate!
I’ve never been one of those girls that was concerned with their weight – but I never really had to – I went through the typical chubby stage in middle school but have always managed to stay in the “normal” range.
I’m not all about the numbers – I hardly ever step on a scale – it’s more about how I feel and how that favorite pair of jeans fits!
So – I figured since I write about nearly everything on this blog – why not keep up with my new goal – to lose twenty pounds.
I plan on walking 3 miles with Schrute everyday. My friend Serena and I are going to take up running. We are going to start slow with walking and then move to jogging and running. I would love to be able to run 3 miles without stopping.
I don’t think that skinniness = happiness. I don’t think it’s healthy to be obsessed with a number on a scale. I don’t count halves and quarters of pounds. I would love to be able to fit in my wedding dress again and those jeans that I LOVE and fit so perfectly – when they fit!
I would love to lose 20 pounds and would be ecstatic about 30 – and 40 would mean I would be at my wedding weight!
