My brother visited the second weekend in January and Samm made the trip over with little Jack – since he hadn’t met G yet!

We had SUCH a great time with everyone! It was a little crazy at times – but the kids did great and love spending time together!

We got up early – which WAS the norm in this house – on Christmas! Fitzy was SO excited!

We spent the morning enjoying presents and then my parents came over – and we went to their house! Awaiting news on baby Jack!

We keep Christmas small here – we do the 25 days of giving all month and focus on blessing others. Fitzy has gotten really excited about it!

Since my sister was due Christmas Eve – we decided to have Christmas a day early with Jared’s parents!

We found this basketball game on clearance for TEN dollars a few summers ago! SCORE!

Enoch turned one on November 19th – crazy!

We had a party for him at the beginning of November – along with my sister’s baby shower for sweet Jack!

My sweet family! I just LOVE them!

He LOVED his zucchini bread cake!

My brother and his family were in town for the parties – so we took advantage of the cousin time!

In the spring – we will try to combine birthday parties and then again in the fall – it’s so much easier with everyone farther apart!

We made our yearly trip to the PA Renaissance Faire in October – this time with my brother and his family!

I said earlier that Jared’s parents came to my parents for Thanksgiving. And it’s indeed a BEAUTIFUL thing.

I am SO very thankful that Jared has become truly a part of my family and the same for me with his.

It’s wonderful to celebrate together. No jealousies. No arguments. Family. Truly family.

Fitzy – with both his grandmothers – AWESOME!

Just remember – your parents are just as excited to become grandparents – just as excited as you are to hold your little babies.

I am SO thankful for the relationship that our kids have with their grandparents!

Over Thanksgiving – Jared’s parents came to my parents house – which let me tell you – is a BEAUTIFUL thing!
