Shannon contacted me through FACEBOOK – I took photos of her son last fall with Jenna’s son (Shannon’s boyfriend is Jenna’s brother) – again that Jenna pops up!
Shannon wanted some photos of her sweet family at their home outside of Williamsport – it was a chilly day – of course – but we got GREAT shots!

Jenna & Dave – OH HOW I LOVE THEM!
I photographed their wedding in December of 2006 and have been taking pictures of them ever since!
Jenna is close to 90% of the reason that photography blew up for me. She has spread the word ALL around Troy and almost every contact I get is traced back to Jenna.
Jenna and I met through a God appointment. I’m pretty sure I’ve told the story before – but if not – here is a quick recap. Jared and Dave went to high school together and we ran into him in Wal*Mart one night where he mentioned that he was getting married. He was waiting for his sweetie to get off work – she worked at Subway in Wal*Mart – she zoomed by with a big dumpster and we were introduced. I mentioned that I was getting into photography and was more than willing to help with anything!
We hit it off right away and have been friends since!
Jenna & Dave are expecting their second sweetness in November and I wanted to capture this time for them …

Corrin contacted me after seeing my website on the Chamber of Commerce website! We met last Sunday – the 4th – for a family session with her hubbie and 3 cute kiddos!

I met Jamie through FACEBOOK and the *E* wedding this past August.
Jamie is one of Amanda’s close friends and saw my pictures on her FACEBOOK. She wanted to set up some family photos on their farm – she had one shot in particular that she wanted …
She wanted the corn on both sides of the road with their sweet family walking hand in hand. The sky is VERY friendly at this point!
Jamie and I had made this appt. for Monday the 28th – praying that the rain would hold off. I was filling in at Phoenix that day so I needed to drive to Troy @ 5 when I got off. I called her in the morning to tell her that we should cancel – it was DARK and DREARY and POURING DOWN RAIN! We postponed it till the next night. Two hours later – it was sunny and GORGEOUS! I called her back and told her that we should do it – then it started raining again – but I kept praying the weather would hold off for us!
It was COLD and WINDY on the top of their hill – but we managed and got some GREAT shots!
I love how their hands are folded the same way! This little guys was NOT cracking a smile for me – but we got some cute shots!
We took a chilly – bumpy 4 wheeler ride up to the PERFECT spot!

My sister’s wedding! I was the Matron of Honor – wedding planner – photographer – all around WE NEED THIS girl!
I tend to take on too many things – I am a firm believer in “if you want it done right – DO IT YOURSELF”.
Friday night was the rehearsal and the intended evening to decorate – but it rained and blew all night – we stood out in the sprinkling for the rehearsal really quick and then gathered back inside for burgers and dogs!
Samm has THE WORST LUCK on the face of the planet – and she KNEW it was going to rain on her wedding day – I kept telling her it was going to be PERFECT!
We woke up Saturday morning to misty, foggy, chilly weather – but NO RAIN!
All day we prayed that God would keep us in a snow globe – NO RAIN – we didn’t have much sunshine – but I like shooting on cloudy days!
The wedding was gorgeous – I am STILL exhausted – and I can’t wait for her TRASH THE DRESS in NYC later in October!

Samm was really nervous about her bouquet – we weren’t sure if the explanation we gave to the florist would come out the way she wanted – but it turned out so BEAUTIFUL!
I really thought that “bald” guy on the L was cute!
Our cousin Zach and his nephew Darrell – pretty much describes both of their moods the entire day …
Mom is trying to put Samm’s cowboy boots on – which I neglected to get a picture of – even though it was on my mental checklist!

My cousin Heather and her boyfriend Steve had a baby in July – *B*. I posted a few shots of him when I visited them in the hospital – and I saw him again for a quick session at my parents!

On Sunday I held a bridal shower for my sister – in the blistering heat!
Holly delivered her cake – which was SO GOOD!
Holly is also doing her wedding cake – which we are all excited to see!

Samm LOVES baby ducks so Holly made a Mr. & Mrs. baby duck for the “topper”.
Samm LOVES SAPPHIRE – and her engagement ring is so gorgeous!
I asked Samm a series of questions about Xavier – for every one she got wrong she had to put a ring pop on a finger and then open that many presents with the rings on her fingers! It was pretty funny!
