I met Jamie through FACEBOOK and the *E* wedding this past August.

Jamie is one of Amanda’s close friends and saw my pictures on her FACEBOOK. She wanted to set up some family photos on their farm – she had one shot in particular that she wanted …

She wanted the corn on both sides of the road with their sweet family walking hand in hand. The sky is VERY friendly at this point!

Jamie and I had made this appt. for Monday the 28th – praying that the rain would hold off. I was filling in at Phoenix that day so I needed to drive to Troy @ 5 when I got off. I called her in the morning to tell her that we should cancel – it was DARK and DREARY and POURING DOWN RAIN! We postponed it till the next night. Two hours later – it was sunny and GORGEOUS! I called her back and told her that we should do it – then it started raining again – but I kept praying the weather would hold off for us!

It was COLD and WINDY on the top of their hill – but we managed and got some GREAT shots!

I love how their hands are folded the same way! This little guys was NOT cracking a smile for me – but we got some cute shots!

We took a chilly – bumpy 4 wheeler ride up to the PERFECT spot!

I LOVE THAT SHOT!

I met Josh through his Aunt – Jane. I know her from working at Phoenix and she had kept my card in her wallet for the last few years!

We went up to Jane’s place for the photos – right on the rim of the Grand Canyon.

Colleen contacted me on FACEBOOK a few weeks ago about her senior pictures! SO EXCITING! We went downtown and then up to Matt & Johna’s property that I love OH SO MUCH!

My cousin Heather and her boyfriend Steve had a baby in July – *B*. I posted a few shots of him when I visited them in the hospital – and I saw him again for a quick session at my parents!

I LOVE FACEBOOK!

Janelle and I grew up in church together – her dad was our Pastor. We reconnected on FACEBOOK and she scheduled a session! Janelle and her family live in Wisconsin but were home over the weekend to visit her family. I met her at my parents house on Friday morning for a family session!

Her daughter was quite overwhelmed with all the new faces and places within the past 24 hours – so we didn’t get quite the photos we were looking for but we got some great ones!

Janelle – it was so great to see you and meet your hubbie and kiddos – they are sweeties for sure!

It was so great to catch up with you and talk about God’s faithfulness and promises even in the light of heartache, disappointment, and pain! It was a great blessing to see you!

I met Bret last year when I took family photos at his parents farm. Bret shows his horse Royal – and wanted to incorporate that into his senior photos.

Those shots are my CURRENT FAVORITE! I love the seriousness and that light – OH THAT LIGHT!
