They were originally getting married in October of 2020 but decided to postpone since 2020 was a dumpster fire!!

I could take pictures of Jessica ALL DAY!!!

BARDEN PHOTOGRAPHY – BEAUTIFUL

I can’t believe that I’ve been a small business owner for 13 years!!

I quit my job as a full-time secretary to pursue photography FULL-TIME in 2009!

During 2009 & 2010 – photography was certainly my FULL-TIME business!!

Then Fitzy was born in 2011 & Enoch in 2013 and raising babies became my FULL-TIME business and photography took a little bit of a back seat.

Fitzy is almost 11 and Enoch is 8 and I am SO THANKFUL that I was able to be home with them while they were little little guys. I’m STILL so thankful that I get to pick them up from school and spend my afternoons with them. I spend summers with them – and it’s my FAVORITE!!

I consider photography my full-time job even though it’s more seasonal. The past 2 years have been AMAZING with all of you!

I started BEAUTIFUL because I want to make sure that people who couldn’t otherwise purchase a photo session for themselves still get beautiful photos of their families!!

I can’t WAIT to read what you tell me about the people you love this year!

Here are the rules:

1. You MUST EMAIL me. NO FACEBOOK MESSAGES!! NO INSTAGRAM DIRECT MESSAGES!!

2. You ABSOLUTELY can NOT submit your own family!!

3. Generally – the session takes place in/around Mansfield!

4. The session is for an immediate family. For example: I CAN submit my brother & his wife & their two kids but NOT my parents & my brother & his family & my sister & her family & the four of us.

5. In order to give a session away I need 10 submissions by March 14th!!

I will be choosing from the entries and announce the winners on March 15th!!

Make sure to tell me WHAT MAKES THEIR FAMILY BEAUTIFUL.

A few years ago – Nate asked me if he could shadow on a few weddings. He was interested in photography and wanted some experience!

He’s been coming to weddings with me for the past 2 years now – I think – and people are starting to REQUEST him as their second shooter!!

BECAUSE HE IS THAT GOOD!!

I asked him to take a few family shots for us at our FAVORITE place!!

I wondered how the horse head mask and the raptor hands would fare in a family photo session – and they did NOT disappoint!!

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS KID!? It seems like overnight he has changed!! Where is the giant-headed baby!?

AND THIS GUY!? They have both grown into such AMAZING people – I can’t even believe how fast it’s gone!!

Emma’s mom messaged me on FACEBOOK to set up a family session AND senior photos for her daughter!!

We met on a rainy morning so we found spots that worked in the rainy weather!

Thankfully it didn’t rain the WHOLE time so we were able to grab a few at some of my favorite spots in town!!

Emma brought her BFF with her too!!

The rain started back up – so went to the LAUNDROMAT – which happens to be one of my FAVORITE places to shoot!!

While I’ve seen photos of little *J* online – this was my first time meeting her in person!
