We had scheduled our session for the beginning of October but the weather was not agreeing with us!

We had to wait until the end of the month – when ALL the leaves were OFF the trees!!

Heather messaged me on FACEBOOK asking if I had any October openings – I had TWO left!!

BUT – she needed to reschedule her session because her hubby had to work. It ended up raining on the original date we scheduled – so it worked out!

I had someone cancel on a Saturday evening – which is a PRIME spot – so I asked if she wanted it.

It was a REALLY cloudy day & they were hoping to go to the Halloween parade so we made it a little earlier than I normally would.

We both watched the radar & moved the time of our session about 3 times.

I’m SO thankful for the ability to be flexible in my schedule & for clients who are also flexible!

When I met Heather’s MIL – I knew I recognized her! But I couldn’t quite place it!

Then it hit me – she works at the NCA booth at the Troy Fair! We’ve peeled peaches together!

THIS GUY – I asked him to show me a silly face. He said – how about my MONSTER FACE!!

I met Courtney last year when I took her anniversary photos!!

I met HER WHOLE family last fall for a session! This fall – I got to meet Dave’s WHOLE family!

We met at 8:30 on a late October Saturday morning – BUT it was a LOVELY late October morning!!

Did you know where we were!? Mt. Pisgah State Park is such a BEAUTIFUL place!! The leaves were GORGEOUS!!

I met Sharlin through FACEBOOK & IG – because she makes signs & other crafty craft creations!!

She made some custom signs for my dear friends last Christmas & I’ve ordered a few others here & there!!

Tara messaged me over the summer about scheduling her son’s senior photos in the fall!!

Like I said earlier – fall in PA is the most popular time for photo sessions!!

Tara & Jared kinda grew up together & her mom was Jared’s 1st grade teacher AND Fitzy’s 1st grade teacher!!

For a few years – I saw Julie & her family every year for fall photos!!

It’s been quite a while since they’ve been in front of my lens – so long that her littles (who are not so little) didn’t remember me!!

Because I couldn’t pick between color & black & white – you get to see both!!

Typically I only schedule sessions within the hour &a half before sunset or early early in the morning – but we had already rescheduled once because of rain & the next day we were both free was NOT looking good either. So we met at Hills Creek around 330 & hoped for the best!!

I LOVE THAT SHOT!!! I will always pick the real-life shots over the everyone-looking-at-the-camera-with-a-forced-smile shot!

That little girl – she was SO little the last time I saw them!

Natasha is a SENIOR this year – so we took a few shots for her senior photos!!
