I know that babies is a hard category to limit so we will include newborn to 3 years old.<\/p>\n<p>1. You must submit a photo that YOU took!<\/p>\n<p>2. You can submit up to 3 photos per contest.<\/p>\n<p>3. You can be an amateur or a professional.<\/p>\n<p>4.
