BARDEN PHOTOGRAPHY – BEAUTIFUL

We are starting a new program: BEAUTIFUL.

Danielle & I will be awarding 2 families a photo session.

We will be choosing 2 families from the entries and announce the winners on May 1st. The deadline for the submissions will be April 15th.

Danielle asked me if I would be willing to do another wedding with her at Belhurst Castle for Adam and Michele. Since we were both there, Danielle spent time with the girls and I went with the guys to do pictures before the ceremony. Adam and the guys were a ton of fun! It was nice to be able to just hang out with the groom’s family before the ceremony. Adam’s mom, Jane, was so welcoming, I felt like I had know her and her family for years. The wedding and reception were so much fun, I felt more like a guest and friend than a paid employee. It was a warm and sunny January day on the lake and a perfect day for a wedding!!

As I said before, Ross is my brother-in-law and he and Joy got engaged this winter. Ross is in the Air Force and was given orders for a year in Korea, leaving the states on February 1st. Not wanting to wait until his return in 2011, Ross and Joy decided to have a small wedding on January 2nd in Virginia among family. As a gift to my brother and new sister, I took some pictures to share with friends and family that could not be there, and for the two of them to have as they prepare for a year apart. It was a beautiful day, and I could not be happier for the two of them!

I wish you both a long and happy marriage, and the strength to get through 2010 apart. I love you both!

Ross is my wonderful brother-in-law who proposed to his girlfriend Joy this winter. Ross and Joy live in North Carolina, and my husband, Chase and I decided to pay them a visit in December. As an engagement present, I took a few pictures of them at Ross and Chases’ grandparents house in Pinehurst, NC.

Joy, welcome to the Turner clan!!

I took engagement pictures for Steve and Elena back in October, and we had so much fun that we decided to take a few more! We headed over to Watkins Glen to get a few winter weather pictures on the lake. It was a beautiful day with beautiful friends!
