*J* has been looking forward to her senior session since last year – and so have I!
We went to Rock Run for her session!

I love those shots!

Make sure to check out the gallery for her complete collection!
I took a few pictures of Joy while we were waiting for Jennie and her girls …

For the past three years I have written the names on the diplomas for NCA – I print off the names in a fancy font and then trace the name onto the diploma and write over the trace. Graduation was on Friday night and I finished the diplomas on Wednesday.
On Thursday the headmaster called me to see if I would do the photography for graduation since the usual photographer was out of town.
I took some quick candids at the end of the night.

I love this girlie! She is so sweet and caring and kind – I can’t wait to see what God has in store for her!

My former second shooter – ben v – a brother of the above mentioned sweetie!

*K* and *K* – this brother and sister hold a dear place in my heart!
Yesterday I had a table at Career Day for MHS. While I was still at Phoenix – Amy rc’vd a letter asking for her participation – and since I shamelessly plug myself – I called to see if they needed a photographer. THEY DID!
We got there at 8 and set up – Amy had a table kiddy-corner to mine.

We met kids from the 10th grade class at MHS, Liberty, and North Penn – about 150 students.
I was raffling off a FREE senior portrait session for next summer!
CONGRATS TO KELSEY on winning the raffle!
It was a great way to introduce my business to my prime target audience for senior pictures – thanks again STSD for having me!
I also met a few of the vendors who wanted my business card!

This is my new business card for weddings – thanks again Julie and Tyler for being a beautiful couple and my spokespeople!
I have another one for the seniors – Kelsey – the senior on the card – was so excited to see her face on the business card floating throughout the school!

Thank you to everyone who made the day a success!
Sunday morning I went over to the railroad station in Wellsboro for a senior session. *S* is a senior at Galeton – her cousins *K* and *A* had their senior pictures with barden photography earlier in the year!
She was a trooper – cus it was COLD out!

Thanks again *S* – we got great shots! Good luck with photography in college.
I got a phone call yesterday about a SENIOR SESSION next Sunday – she is a senior at Galeton!
BRANCHING OUT!
I had a senior session with *C* on Saturday in the snow – so exciting – my first snowy senior session!
Thanks again *C* – it was a great session!
I posted the new clothing I have for barden photography – I also got a banner for the BRIDAL EXPO – I got all the products from a local shop – Mansfield Embroidery. I wish they had a website so I could link them – anyway – I highly recommend their services. When I was shopping around for a banner and shirts – I walked into ME and the owner asked me what I needed on the banner – once I told her barden photography – she asked if I would be available to photograph her son that Saturday for his senior pictures – she had never seen my work – didn’t know my prices – but hired me nonetheless. I hadn’t even anticipated to get anywhere with a banner or shirts – let along get a senior picture session out of the inquiry. I was so excited that I ordered with her without shopping around – small businesses have to help each other out right?
Today I thought I would take a chance and see if the shop owner would display my work. I have a 20 x 30 collage of 4 senior girls that looks AMAZING – that I really wanted to display somewhere – but I couldn’t think of where.
Most of the school’s business runs through ME – so I thought what better place? I also ordered a 16 x 20 collage of her son’s senior pictures to put in the shop – if she would let me. I emailed her this morning and she quickly responded – YES of course. I ran home at lunch and dropped off the print of the girls and some business cards – she said her hubbie would be in later to hang it up!
Thank you *S* – I appreciate your kindness and willingness to help me make this dream come true!
I had another GREAT senior session yesterday. *K* goes to Mansfield High School and wanted some fall shots. We set up in my backyard and then down at the old Boro garage – where I found my new favorite prop! We ended back at her house to take some shots in the grove she grew up playing in.
Check out http://bardenphotography.shutterfly.com under the *M* book for her complete series.
She has such crisp, clear, blue eyes.

This Lincoln – I think – was at the old Boro garage just begging to be photographed. I can’t wait to have a wedding in Mansfield and a bride who is up for shooting with this car.
Thanks again *K* – you are a beautiful girl and I had so much fun with our session!
Best of luck with your college plans!
