I met with Alexis and Kent a while ago – last year I think! It’s so horrible that I can’t seem to remember much of anything anymore!
Anyway – once we met I KNEW that we would have a great time at their wedding! I took their engagement photos earlier this year and they were GORGEOUS models!

I took Zack & Stephanie’s wedding photos last year on June 19th! It was a beautiful ceremony between two beautiful people!
Stephanie is one of those people that just oozes happiness and kindness. She is uplifting and such an encouragement to others!
Zack is deployed right now – during their first anniversary – but she wanted to give him an extra special gift!
We set up a photo session in the field where their reception was so she could give him a collection of photos! HOW SWEET!

In October of 2009 I photographed Carl & Pam’s wedding – a BEAUTIFUL wedding with an amazing couple! In October of 2010 they were blessed with a baby girl – Piper! At almost a month old – Piper was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. She is doing remarkably well and has a wonderful support system! On May 21st – Pam and Carl will be participating in a CF walk with Piper’s Posse! You can read more about Piper’s story – here!
I would love to be there for Pam & Carl and their sweet baby girl – but since I cannot – I will be donating 10% of my revenue for the month of April to Piper’s Posse!

REMINDER – MINI-MINI SESSIONS!
Saturday – May 28th – from 10 am to 2 pm – at the VFW pavilion in Mansfield! There is a limit to 4 people in the photographs – although individual shots will be taken too! There is no need for an appointment – but you may have to wait to get your photos taken! You will get 15 to 20 photos in the session – they will be emailed to you via SHUTTERFLY to order online! You can get a CD of the photos to reproduce for an extra charge of $10. Actual PRINTS will not be given out. Remember that this is to benefit Nicholas and his FOURTH heart surgery this summer! There is a minimum donation of $50 – ALL PROCEEDS will benefit Nicholas and his trip to Oklahoma City!

I met Roxanne through Cindy Fitzgerald!!
Roxanne and Ben’s son Colin was born premature at 21 weeks – he lived one precious week with his momma and dad before passing on August 7th of last year. Cindy asked if I would be interested in talking with Roxanne about her loss – since we both lost babies. We lost Enoch at 10 weeks into my pregnancy – never saw his face – never heard his heartbeat – never felt his kick. Although we both lost babies – Roxanne had looked into Colin’s face – heard his heartbeat – felt and saw him kick. I didn’t know how I would be able to say anything to her – so I just gave her a hug and let her know that I knew – on some level – how she felt.
Roxanne is one of the people in my life that I don’t know if I would have met had we not lost our first child. I am so thankful that she is in our lives! It’s amazing to me to think about all the people that I know because of losing Enoch. This is what I told Roxanne – as much as I sit here and cry with you – I hope that someday you can sit with another momma who has lost a child and cry with her.

I met Lindsy and Greg at the ARNOT MALL BRIDAL EXPO in January of 2010. They were some of the last people to come to my booth one of the nights. Lindsy introduced herself and said – tell me why you are different than every other photographer here. I knew I would like her right away! I told her that I didn’t think I was the best photographer out there – not even close. I strive with each session to learn more and become the photographer I want to be. I encourage you to BE YOURSELF – your wedding is unique – your photos capturing those moments should be too!
